Our porch rentals include the following:
-Use of porch and surrounding grounds for 6 hours
-Use of kitchen (non-exclusive) Sink, stove, limited refrigeration
-Access to indoor restrooms (non-exclusive)
-2 staff to assist with clean-up and removal of trash
-Additional staff may be hired at a rate of $15/hour for set up/take down/parking
*NOTE that porch rental prices do not include a tent, or more tables and chairs than are available from the club. OGC has an exclusive relationship with Morris Tents for renting such equipment and will facilitate additional equipment rental
Expected # of guests:
-25 & under $250.00
-101 -150 $1250.00
*NOTE that the price does NOT include upgrades to electrical supply. There is a $250 minimum fee for circuits. ($50 per additional circuit above 4 circuits). For example, if your caterer will need ovens or hot boxes, this upgrade charge will apply.
Additional Terms & Conditions:
-Lessee (customer using club facilities) is fully responsible for any and all damage to club property.
-Minimum 20% down payment is required to reserve event date. The down payment is non refundable even in the event of cancellation.
